Behavioral Services

Our Behavioral Services Department offers a variety of programs to support young children, adolescents, and adults, looking to build new skills using evidence-based approaches from the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We can provide supports both in-home and in our clinic to address needs in a variety of areas including communication, social skills, self-management, reducing challenging behaviors, toilet training, and independent living skills.

We are an in-network provider and accept most major insurance plans including TRICARE military insurance and Medicaid, and we are also an approved provider of Early Intervention services and all Colorado Medicaid Waiver programs (see Programs and Funding Sources for details).

Join the many Colorado families, schools, and support teams who have made the decision to work with our team of experts to address their loved one’s biggest behavior challenges and skill deficits. All services are directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who works collaboratively with parents and other support staff to develop and implement interventions that have been scientifically researched and proven effective. We’re excited to help you too!

Philosophy and Approach

Our behavioral services department consists of a diverse team of providers who all share a commitment to providing the highest quality services focused on meaningful behavior change. By meaningful we mean the development of skills that will positively impact one’s quality of life by expanding opportunities and independence. We believe in a collaborative approach that helps families and other team members increase their own ability to teach and support the individual. While we break skills down and teach in a structured manner as needed, we are committed to a naturalistic teaching approach and prefer working with individuals in the real world rather than just being confined to the more controlled clinical setting

* Note that clinic-based services are available, but usually fewer than 50% of any individual’s services are delivered in the clinic.
