What We Do

At Continuum of Colorado, we provide direct support through a variety of services including Residential Services, Day and Seniors’ Choice activities, Family Caregiver programs, Supported Employment, and Home and Community Support.

Short-term Disability

Employees working 18 hours/week or more are eligible for employer-paid, short-term disability insurance covering up to $2,309/week for 13 weeks

Long-term Disability

Full-time employees are eligible for employer-paid, long-term disability insurance covering up to $6,000/month
