Weekly COVID-19 Update – Thursday, June 4th, 2020:

Our day program closure at the physical locations of Aurora and Littleton will extend through June 12th, at which point we will reassess the situation and provide further guidance. We are providing virtual activities for current day program participants. If you have any questions, please refer to the day program representative listed below. Please see the matrix below for the latest updates to our service delivery and contact information should you need.

  • Transportation provided to all day programs and places of employment is on pause until further notice

  • All in-person trainings postponed through at least 6/12 so compliance expectations in those trainings will be temporarily suspended

  • The initial supply of PPE has been received and distributed as we continue to reinstate face-to-face services provided by non live-in HCSPs
  • In-home massage therapy is in the process of starting up again, and supervisors/managers/therapists are reaching out to families and individuals to see if they would like to resume services; PPE supplies are actively being distributed to therapists (if you have not heard from your contact for the service, please reach out to them for more details)

Accommodations: 

  • COVID Care Pay has been implemented in the group homes as of 4/13 (retroactively paid back to 3/28)
  • COVID Care Pay has been implemented in host homes as of 5/13 (retroactively paid back to 4/1)
  • Services at all residential sites continue per normal
  • Individuals will not be attending day programs or going into the community unless there is an urgent need
  • Staff and individuals in services are screened daily to prevent the spread of the virus, as well as wearing required PPE
  • Visitors are strongly discouraged and are being assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Residential sites continue to be thoroughly cleaned daily
  • In-person trainings are on a case by case basis through at least 6/12, so compliance expectations in those trainings will be temporarily suspended
